These are Table Tennis Transfers (henceforth TTT) terms of use. We are aware that most people don’t read terms of use statements because they are long and boring, so despite some legal language we’ve done our best to make them easy, clear and as short as possible.
At the beginning of every section there is the heading of the following portion with the summary. Summaries are not legally binding, but they give you a short overview of the terms in that section. By using TTT, you agree to our terms of service.
TTT is a platform where table tennis players, coaches, clubs and academies from around the world can engage with each other, advertise themselves, offer their services, look for professional engagement, etc. These are TTT’s terms of use and they apply to all users of the TTT website. “We,” “our” or “us” refers to Table Tennis Transfers. “TTT” refers to this website and the services offered by us. By using TTT you agree to these terms. You acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and legally binding rules. You also agree to our privacy policy, cookie policy, and any other policies or rules we post on TTT.
TTT is a platform, so we are not responsible for the quality or legality of the content. We don’t mediate in exchanges between users, and we don’t interfere in financial issues between users. We may sometimes make changes to these terms. If we make material changes that adversely affect your rights under these terms, we will let you know by posting an announcement on the site or sending you an email prior to the changes coming into effect. New versions of the terms will never apply retroactively, so we’ll tell you the exact date they go into effect. Continuing to use TTT after a change to these terms means you accept the new terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to register for an account. You are responsible for your account and all the activity on it.
You can partially browse TTT without registering for an account. But to use all TTT’s functions (e.g., to see job posts and ads, follow users), you need to sign up. When you register for an account you must provide us with accurate information. Don’t impersonate anyone or choose names that are offensive or that violate anyone’s rights. If you don’t provide us with accurate information then we may not be able to assist you with accessing your account. If you don’t follow these rules, we may cancel your account.
To register for an account you must be at least 13 years old. If necessary, we may ask you for proof of age. If you know a user that is under the age of 13, please report them to us. You are responsible for anything that occurs when anyone is signed in to your account, as well as the security of the account and keeping your password confidential. If you find or believe your account has been compromised and that someone is using your account without permission, please contact us immediately.
We expect all people using TTT to behave responsibly and help keep TTT a nice and welcoming place. You are responsible for all the activity on your account, so please, don’t do anything inappropriate, like lie, break law, abuse people, steal data, hack other people’s accounts, etc. Please, be responsible and use common sense. If you do bad things we will terminate your account. The following guidelines are not meant to be exhaustive, so if you find a new and “creative” way to harm TTT or our users we may take action to prevent it.
Please don’t do any of the following activities on the Site:
Don’t break the law or take any action that infringes or violates people’s rights, violates the law, or breaches any contract or legal duty you have toward anyone; Don’t lie to people or post information you know is false, misleading or inaccurate, or do anything deceptive or fraudulent; Don’t harass or bully others, promote violence or hatred towards others, or do anything threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of another’s privacy; Don’t offer prohibited items or anything illegal, violate any of TTT’s policies, rules, or guidelines, or violate any applicable law, statue, or regulation; Don’t distribute others’ personal data. By using TTT you will get access to personal data about other users. This information is provided for the purpose of making successful connections among users, so don’t use it for any other purposes unrelated to TTT or abuse it in any way; Don’t impersonate anyone, use another’s account, or allow others to use your account, and don’t create an account to prevent others from using the name or to sell the name; Don’t spam others or distribute unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material, or any junk mail, spam, or chain letters on or through the Site; Don’t use TTT to host or distribute malicious or destructive software, viruses, or anything else designed to interfere with the proper function of the Site; Don’t claim endorsement by TTT without our prior written and verified approval; Don’t try to interfere with the proper workings of the Services, bypass any measures we’ve put in place to secure the Services, or try to damage or get unauthorized access to any system, data, password, or other information; Don’t take apart or reverse engineer TTT or any aspect of it in an effort to figure out our source code, underlying ideas, or algorithms.
Users (players, clubs/academies, coaches, sparring partners) offer their services to other users (player, clubs/academies, coaches, sparring partners). TTT is not responsible for the quality or legality of any agreements made outside of TTT Services.
TTT provides a platform for people from table tennis community. When a user posts his job offer or job advertisement on TTT, they’re inviting other people to view their private information, to connect with them and potentially form a contract with them.
TTT is not part of your contact or contract – what happens is a direct legal agreement between users. The users are solely responsible for all the communication and the promises made in private message and email exchange. TTT does not interfere, is not responsible for that, and doesn’t offer any refunds. Responsibility for agreement between users lies entirely on them.
To become a user, simply create an account. Account creation on TTT is free, providing access to basic features and options. If you wish to access additional services beyond the basic features, you will need to subscribe to one of our available plans, as outlined in the Subscription section.
We have no control over the quality or legality of content. We do not grant refunds for failure to make an agreement with other users through your personal exchange. We do attempt to screen for fraudulent pages, but cannot guarantee the identity of users or the validity of any claims they make. We appreciate your help reporting suspicious users’ pages so we can improve TTT.
At TTT, we offer both free membership and paid subscriptions designed to enhance your experience on our platform.
Plan Types: We offer free memberships and paid subscriptions that allow you to use specific options and features detailed under the “Subscription” section of the Homepage. Advertised prices and features may change.
Free Accounts: Free members can join the TTT community and create online profiles, but cannot view other members’ profiles or contact them.
Membership Fees: During your subscription period and any renewal periods, you are responsible for paying all fees, including taxes. Our fees include fixed 1-month, 6-month and 12-month options. If you do not wish to accept a fee change, you may cancel your subscription in accordance with this Terms of Use.

After a free-trial period ends, your paid subscription begins (unless you have canceled before the end of the free-trial period) and you must pay the full fee. How to Cancel Renewal: Subscribers can cancel automatic renewal in their Account settings, and any cancellation or notice of non-renewal will not affect the current subscription period. TTT may decline renewals.
Lapse Policy: When a subscription ends, the account will revert to a free membership and content in your account will remain intact. You are responsible for archiving your content. TTT is not responsible for the loss of any content. We may publish additional guidelines regarding the treatment of lapsed subscriptions. These guidelines describe current practices only and do not require TTT to provide any level of post-subscription account status.
Resale: You may not sell, resell, rent, lease, or distribute any plan or any other aspect of our Services to any third party unless authorized by us in writing. We may suspend or terminate accounts sold via authorized resellers for non-payment to the reseller or any violation of the restrictions set forth in this Terms of Use.
While TTT supports creation of user's profiles, we do not legally endorse any content on our site. If content is reported we may remove it, but we do not take that action lightly.
We only provide a platform for users to interact. We do not screen or endorse any content on TTT. If you see content that violates these terms, let us know and we may remove it. Removing content or terminating accounts is not an action we take lightly and we may take a while to investigate or open the issue up to further discussion with the community.
We are constantly testing out new features with the goal of making TTT better. We may add or remove features, and test features with a random subset of our users. If we believe a feature is significantly different from these terms, then we will explain those differences in the test.

If you have a problem please talk to us, but you are limited in how you can resolve disputes. You waive your right to trial by jury and your right to participate in a class action proceeding.
We encourage you to contact us if you have an issue, before resorting to the courts. If a dispute does arise out of these terms or related to your use of TTT, and it cannot be resolved after you talk with us, then it must be resolved by arbitration. This arbitration must be administered by court in Zagreb. Arbitrations may only take place on an individual basis. No class arbitrations or other grouping of parties is allowed. By agreeing to these terms you are waiving your right to trial by jury or to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.
In the unfortunate situation where legal action does arise, these Terms (and all other rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. You agree that TTT and its Services are deemed a passive website that does not give rise to jurisdiction over TTT or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, assigns, employees, agents, directors, officers, or shareholders, either specific or general, in any jurisdiction other than the court in Zagreb. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms, or your use or non-use of TTT, shall be filed only in the court located in Zagreb, in Republic of Croatia, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. You hereby irrevocably waive any right you may have to trial by jury in any dispute, action, or proceeding.
We follow the court in Zagreb for all arbitrations done under these terms. If any portion of these terms does not follow that standard, that portion is severed from these terms. This clause does not limit either party’s ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief for disputes relating to intellectual property or proprietary data.
Any disputes with us must be resolved at the court in Zagreb under Croatian law.
Croatian law, excluding its conflict of law provisions, governs these terms and all other TTT policies. If a lawsuit does arise, both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the court located in Zagreb.
These terms are the final word on TTT’s policies and how things work here, so if you ever see confusing or conflicting information about anything, just check these terms – they are the last word. Thanks so much for reading them, and thanks for using TTT!
These terms and any referenced policies are the entire agreement between you and us, and supersede all prior agreements, communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and Table Tennis Transfers with respect to the Services, and govern our future relationship. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid under the law or unenforceable, that provision is modified to the extent necessary to enforce it. If a provision cannot be modified, it is severed from these terms, and all other provisions remain in force. If either party fails to enforce a right provided by these terms, it does not waive the ability to enforce any rights in the future.
These Terms are personal to you. You can’t assign them, transfer them, or sublicense them unless you get TTT’s prior written consent. TTT has the right to assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent. TTT will provide you notice by posting the notice on our Site or by sending you an email.
If you have any questions, please contact us.
